Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Radio Producer to manage the planning, production, and execution of radio programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of audio content creation, excellent editorial judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires close collaboration with on-air talent, technical staff, and external contributors to deliver engaging, high-quality radio content.

Their key responsibilities include:

    • Develop and produce engaging radio content, including music shows, interviews, talk shows, and special features.
    • Work closely with presenters and on-air talent to plan show structure and content.
    • Research topics, write scripts, and prepare briefing notes.
    • Book guests and arrange interviews, ensuring all contributors are well-prepared.
    • Oversee live and pre-recorded shows, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to broadcast standards.
    • Edit audio content for clarity, timing, and sound quality using digital audio software.
    • Monitor listener feedback and ratings to adapt and improve programming.
    • Coordinate with marketing and promotions teams to support audience engagement.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical broadcasting standards.
    • Manage production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
